what if I need to

Cancel?

We respectfully ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend an appointment. Failure to do so will result in you being charged 50% of the appointment fee. Failure to attend will result in the full fee being charged, this includes less than 2 hours notice.

DO I NEED A

GP Referral?

You do not need a GP referral before you attend an assessment although some insurance companies require you to have had a consultation with your GP before attending physiotherapy.
